Your Questions Answered

  • How do I know if I need Counselling?

Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalised plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • What happens in a Counselling Session?

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full-body wellness. I will work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

  • What can Counselling help with?

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I will be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more.

  • What type of people seek Counselling?

Counselling can and does help everybody. Thankfully the British Stiff Upper Lip is loosening and people (in general) are feeling more and more able to seek out Counselling when they need that bit of extra help.

  • How long should it take?

Everybody is different; it's a very difficult question to answer. Honestly, six sessions is a good starting point as it takes a few to get comfortable enough with me to be able to get down to it.

  • How Will I know it is helping?

In the beginning, it is important to discuss what you want to achieve from counselling and how reasonable that either is or isn’t. My aim is not to just string you along but to help you get to a point where you are able to deal with the issue by yourself.

  • What is counselling?

Counselling aims to help you deal with, and overcome issues, that are causing emotional pain or making you feel uncomfortable

  • What Can I Expect?

I encourage you to express your feelings and emotions and will take the time to discuss your concerns with you.

  • How Do I Help?

I can help you find your own insights into, and understanding of, your problems.
